Our Fees

At Relief4Debt initial consultations are provided free of any charge or commitment. 

Our fees relate to acting as Nominee and Supervisor of your IVA and details of  these fees are included in your proposal. Our fees will be paid from contributions into your IVA before a distribution is made to creditors.

As Nominee we help you with your proposal, liaise with your creditors and hold a meeting with your creditors to consider your IVA proposal. Our fee for acting as Nominee is usually £2,500 plus VAT  and, unless agreed otherwise, is not payable unless your IVA is approved. 

The basis for calculating a fee for acting as Supervisor of your arrangement will be agreed with you and your creditors.

Of course, there are some cases which necessitate a lot more work - you may already be the subject of bankruptcy proceedings or we may need to spend a lot of time agreeing your liabilities. In these cases we may charge an extra fee to cover the work involved.

As a division of a firm of Chartered Accountants, we will always obtain your prior agreement to our fees.  Details of fee calculations will also be included within your proposal to creditors.
