Relief4Debt is headed by Steve Smith, a partner at Mercer & Hole and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.  He is assisted by teams of qualified and experienced staff based in our offices in London, St Albans, Milton Keynes and Northampton.  Our network of contacts enables us to arrange personal contact, if required, practically anywhere in England and Wales.

By contacting us and gathering information through our website,  we are able to keep the paperwork associated with giving you advice to a minimum and concentrate our time in helping you find the best solution for your financial problems as soon as possible.

If you need to remortgage to fund an IVA then we can refer you to an independent FSA approved advisor, who will work directly with you, independently of ourselves.

We also believe in the importance of direct contact and are always happy to arrange a meeting with a senior member of staff or authorised representative if you feel we are unable to help you by telephone or email. We will meet with you if:

•  we feel it necessary to your understanding of the proposal; or 
•  we consider it appropriate.
